Need replacement retractable antenna for Mot. v325i

Going though Motorola to do this is a joke... They want me to send the phone in "for repair" when all I need is the part...it screws in and out easily, but my original wire portion of the antenna was bent a few times and will break soon. Any advice on best sources for this part. Thanks - David

I have two older Motorola Walkies Talkabout FR60 wont send or receive and a T5820 with the rubber broken off the antenna is is cost feasible to fix or not

I believe for the FR60 walkie-talkies, if they are not sending or receiving, the issue could be related to the antenna, battery, or internal components. You can try replacing the batteries and/or antennas to see if that resolves the issue.

As for the T5820 walkie-talkie, if the rubber on the antenna is broken, it's likely that the antenna itself is also damaged. In this case, you can try replacing the antenna with a new one. Antennas are typically available for purchase online or at electronics stores.
In terms of cost, repairing older walkie-talkies like these may not always be cost-effective. If the repairs are extensive or require replacement of major components, it may be more practical to purchase new walkie-talkies instead.
Below are options of the options of walkie-talkies you can buy;

How do I increase the signal strength of my Palm Centro?

The bars show relative signal strength.

If the Motorola is on the same provider, it is the Palm smartphone that is the fault. It may just be you got a less than sensitive one. You should probably contact Palm and see if there is anything they can do short of exchanging it, otherwise exchange it and keep exchanging them until you get one that works. In mass production- these things happen.

If the Motorola is with a different carrier, that may be the difference- they are line of sight devices and the provider you have for the Palm may not have an antenna in your vicinity pointed in the correct direction for you. Which means complaining to the carrier since you know the external antenna works, but the Palm does not.

Motorola v325 won't charge after using phillips universal charger

Sometimes a bad charger can send a high voltage charge to the phone and fry the charging port on the phone. That is why a lot of the car chargers today have a fuse on them now. So that it will blow the fuse on the charger, instead of frying your phone's charger spot.

Need unlock code for Verizon Wireless Motorola V325i

Dial *228, then when prompted to do so by the automated system, press 1. After it says: "Your phone has been programmed successfully", press "OK" or "Done". When you press that, the phone will automatically power off, then back on. Once the phone has powered back on, the unlock code will now be the last four digits of the phone number.

Motorola V325i

Short answer: NO.

Long answer: the V stands for Verizon, which uses CDMA technology not GSM and more specifically, they don't use SIM chips, instead using Electronic Serial Numbers (ESN) you can still have multiple phones, but you have to call them or go onto your website to change between the phones.
