from what i have found out and discovered with there is no way to do it but i found this new program called tkfilexplorer the program isnt fully stable but shouldnt crash your computer, i have it on mine.. anyway, the program allows you to move, delete or copy att program stuff that you usually cant even touch or look at, i cant explain how to use it for either of your phones becasue i have neither of them but try that.. do a little research first though on the program and how to use it!
Erm.....especially it no nid driver i think it can auto download ! u can try to connect other computer if it still have this problem u go to mobile center and ask about the driver software >.<
i think you should check with your mobile provider and see if they have the pic msgin' activated on your phone.and if yes then they need to fix the problem.
this is because your providers setting are not on this phone.
you need to ask your provider to send the setting to your new phone and then save them. then send a pic to your self to set the settings with the network
pic msging is done mms platform sms cant send the pics it doesnt have the capability to send detailed pictures its just like e-mail sorry for the bad news
