I can't sync my music, pictures or videos

Sync the device with your windows media player and erase all that garbage software RCA gave you it doesn't work. After you Sync it you should be able to add your music from your media player, pictures, and video file will work fine otherwise you have to move all your music files into the RCA software.

If it doesn't connect, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the Zune software.
Try to use a different USB port you haven't used before, so Vista will reinstall the USB drivers for the specific port.
If that doesn't work, with the Zune in, go to Device Manager and uninstall and reinstall the drivers that are installed for in the DM.

You can use the itunes to sync the music from your IPOD to your computer.

Hmmm.... vista has a thing called sync center, to sync data. try using it without the software, just plug-n- play.

Go to Computer>and your phone should show up there. If not check with Windows Mobile Device Center, which should come preloaded with Vista. There you should be able to setup syncs of contacts etc, including files.

I sorta guessed, but it should be the case for Vista. Also if there is a sync option on Windows mobile device center, it should sync through Windows Media player, so check if your music is in your windows media library as well.

Software CD's can be difficult to understand sometimes. Good news is if you dont understand how to use the included programs, you do have a microSD card that your device has. If you have a memory card, you can store your music (no ringtones) and pictures/video onto your card and transfer them to your laptop which should have an SD card slot. Just make sure that on your memory card you insert into into the microSD card adapter which came with the phone and be sure to label folders on the card. The folders should be AUDIO (for full music), IMAGE (for pictures), and VIDEO (for video files). Then you drag and drop the file to the specific folder.

hmmm there might be a preloaded software like 'QUICKPLAY'
Run this software, and click on Music/CD/Cam icon.
Then double click on your cam name wich will be display in a list after double clicking on the Music/CD/Cam icon.
This will open your cam, and you can take your Photo and Videos..

 hi, ur notebook has nvidiaGeForce Go7600 graphics which works quite good with vista......u may have problem with the graphics drivers try to check whether there are updates on toshibas site......or download it through nvidias site.

how do i down load pictures ,music
