For connecting these sw
just see on mother board there you see nearabout 16 pins on right hand bottem of mother board
there you have an integation of connectorfrom right hand corner i.e 1-3 for reset sw, 2-4 for power sw and last switches for front usb and audio
if you have p-3 then you dont attech audio and usb cables on *********** board

i have something here written in big letter but dont know if that's the model number... 0001 30 B M W ... at first everything was disconnected for some reason, except the power one... i was able to turn the computer on, the thing started when my dvd drive would not read cd/dvds and i went to check if the cable was attached correctly and that took the power sw out of its place, and i didnt see where it was connected...
and there this thing INTEL 810... as well i dunno if that should help, fw82810e

is there any diagram just for the power sw, reset , goodies common for these kind of computer ?
i looked and it looks somewhat very very similar to this one "E2CA3" except theres no Front panel connector and Front panel USB like the one on the site... ftp://download.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/d810e2ca3/a4397901.pdf .... no luck :S, u have any idea on what other one it could be ?
i could even take a picture and post it here if that makes it easier ??? can i ? upload a picture of the motherboard?
I have Gateway GM4019E with AMD processor and will not boot nor display CMOS information. The following diagnostics were tried.
1. Added Video card on PCI-X slot and connected Video cable but to no avail.
2. Pulled out any miscellaneous PCI cards to no avail.
3. Replaced Memory Modules - no good either.
4. Bad Bad Gateway.
Okay, so it is one ot the Intel D810-series boards of which there are three (hopefully). We need to know which one specifically so what we are looking for is an indication of whether it is the EMO, E2CB, or the E2CA3. If we can't find these, it may be that it was a custom job for another manufacturer so we may have to check other places to dig up that information since minor customizations sometimes end up with radically different locations for the various connectors.
Why are the power switch, reset switch, and other goodies NOT connected?
Did you start a repair job?
If your computer wouldn't turn on, you probably had a bad power supply.
The manufacturer and model number should be silk-screened onto the motherboard itself, generally with large characters.
