It's been charging, but it won't turn on? Okay, well, you can always get a toothpick and press the "reset" button in back. Happens to me all the time. The reset button won't delete your stuff, it will just turn it back on. The reset button is on the back of the mp3 in the lower right hand corner. use a toothpick, and just press it. After that, the mp3 SHOULD turn on manually.
My daughter had a similar problem - she was frozen at the power off screen. On closer inspection, at the bottom of the K3 on the back of the unit is a reset button (you will need a pin or paper clip to reset it). Pushed a pin in for a few seconds, reset, all was OK.
