The camera should show up in Windows as a removable drive (like any USB thumb drive). From there all you should need to do is copy your mp3 files to the mp3 folder on the SD card in the camera (you will need to use a memory card as the internal memory is fairly small).

Make sure the file names are not very long or there may be problems getting them to show up in the camera's mp3 player.

Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine thetype of video file format it uses. Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI andWMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX. The camera should show up as a removable drive on your computer.Assuming you've got a memory card (I don't know how much music would fit in the internal memory of the camera), format it right in the camera using the menu option to format, and then you can copy mp3 files right into the mp3 folder in the camera.

I've read that mp3s with very long file names don't show up in the camera's mp3 player, so make sure you don't let the file names get too long.
