The phone is unable to receive picture messages and also data, when sending a picture via text message its says unable to send. When i go to download a picture it says it is unable to download try again later. When i use the browser i get Error: cannot resolve host name. What can i do to fix this?
To fix this problem you will need to contact your network service provider and get them to resend your gprs settings to your handset, this will than allow you to use the requested features on your mobile phone, because it sounds to me as though, either the gprs settings have not been set up or they have been deleted, hope this helps.

I am assuming you mean SMS when you refer text.
also assuming photos not MMS.
you should be able to send photo from smart phone using Apps like WhatsApp or Instagram using Wifi.
Depends on your service provider. I believe there is a default setting or tap the softkey to change. You may want to check on forums.motorola.com. i would also check www.motorola.com/support
Hi my wife has the same phone and she also had problems with picture messaging.and i suspect you are unable to send or receive pictures via bluetooth and it was the configuration settings also with vodafone, get them to send it again and tell them again its the multimedia configuration settings you need as it took a couple of goes to get someone helpful to send the correct settings hopefully once they do it correctly you should be up and running good luck !
2 ways:you need to either clean your message inbox and/or outbox.
another way, you need to buy a new sim card because your old sim card is a little broken.
you need to make sure that you subscribe to this capability and that your carrier is providing it to you. Also i would suggest making sure you have a good signal when attempting to send.
