Ilo mp3 I have a corporate function and we purchased a 2gb ilo mp3 player that is mac compatible. All of our music is in i-tunes. In fine print on the package of the player, it says not comp. with itunes. Is there anything I can due besides returning it?

hello, in your wmp have you thought about putting all your music in 1 folder and down loading that as it was just 1 song and the lectures in another so when you went to that folder to play it it would play all from just that folder ? or first download all your music then your lectures so when your playing the music thats all it plays then scroll down to lectures when you want to play them and true the ilo has very little for functions.

iTunes is not compatible with an ILo player - sorry
The iLo only recognizes mp3, wma, not AAC

Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "ILO 2GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything, and give you a fresh start.

Use a different music service - it was only compatible with the earlier iLo players

The Ilo is not MAC-compatible - don't you Mac users ever check the box?

Reformat and use only (important) MP3. files no WAV WMA or any of it MP3 only hope it works (and reformat)

The format of your songs is wrong - that's why they're skipping - convert to mp3, and you'll be fine
