Master Reset How do I do a master reset, My n key is broken, and I am the administrator, my kids can not do what I can, How do I restore it from the factory settings

That wont restore the function to your n key, it needs a new keyboard. If you dont use it as a portable then you can buy a cheap USB keyboard from your local computer shop and it will work fine. If you really want to restore it then most Dells use the F11 key at the Dell splash screen at boot time

  1. Power off the Q
  2. Press and Hold the Center Select Key, while powering up the phone
    or
