Switch on brake pedal stuck due to dust etc. Many new cars have a safety feature that allow the brake-lights to come on if the brake lever is depressed, even when the ignition is switched off.
If you can get to the switch, a good cleaning with methylated spirits and a small brush should allow it to move freely again. Good luck.

Abslight stay on nd emergency light stay on and service brake sysem on dash stayon

check your brake fluid level. most new cars have a sensor that makes the light come on when the level gets low. and on something of that vintage, that is probably a good indicator that your brakes are worn out.

I have 2002 envoy and brings up a code of p1241 could you please help with this and also battery drains all the time is this due to the code it is bring up

Code P1241 is not a valid GM DTC code.

The battery drain can any number things such as; vanity mirror or glovebox lights staying on, defective modules, stuck brake light switch, etc. A technician would have to go through all of the electrical circuits to measure for any unusual current draw.

My battery in my 2002 gmc envoy dies over night what would drain the battery alternator is good

Check and make sure nothing is staying on ie. lights. Check the cells on your battery to make sure they are good. It is possible the battery isn't holding a charge.

GMC 2003 Envoy SLT my back break lights and tailbar lights stay on when I turn the car off. What could the problem be?

This most likely is a bad or incorrectly adjusted brake light switch. The brake light switch is located under the dash next to the brake pedal arm.
