My T-mobile Concord keeps restarting when I try to factory reset it.

Okay so I have been trying to factory reset my T-mobile Concord phone and so I hold down the volume button and the power button but all that appears it a screen with a white box and an arrow coming out of the box pointing to a tiny android icon. I never get the triangle screen I get with my past Android phones. Then I hold down the menu button and I even tried pressing it repeatedly but nothing works. It just shuts off. And starts back up. I tried entering a google account but it isn't working either. Help?

Press the top left button and "L" key at the same time to by-pass that screen and allow you to use the regular phone functions.

My phone is locked because of too many wrong sim network pins

Hi Joe Ricker, Let's try to remove that lock, the only problem here is that you will loose all information and data that is stored in your phone. If that is OK with you, I'll try to explain how to factory reset.
Make sure that you have at least 50% of battery charge. With the phone on, take the battery out and place it back. press the volume down and power key at the same time until you see an android icon with an exclamation mark, while doing this step you will see the original android logo, it's not that one. The one I'm explaining here comes after the original android logo.
Once you see the android with the exclamation mark, let go of the buttons. To activate the recovery tap the home key, now scroll down to wipe data/ factory to highlight it, now tap the menu to select, scroll down to yes and tap the menu.
Repeat the same step for wipe cache.
Back at the main recovery page, scroll up to reboot, tap the menu and you should have a brand new factory reset ZTE 768 with no pattern or lock.

I can't receive or make phone calls but can receive texts

Here is one thing to try;
1. With the phone ON, open the case and remove the battery.
2. Press the power button and hold for 15 seconds. Release.
3. Return the battery into the phone, put the cover on and turn on the phone.
4. See if the phone will make a call.

Second Thing to try. You NEED an SD memory card installed for this to work!:
1. GO to the Play store and install Super Backup.
2. Open the app and back up ALL contacts, SMS (text) messages, Apps, and call logs (if needed) Calendars and Bookmarks. If you don't use all of these, then ignore them.
3. Do a FACTORY RESET on the phone. This will return it to the 'good as new' condition it was in when you got it. HERE is the link -----> Reset Mobile Concord
SKIP #7, OR YOU WILL LOSE ALL OF YOUR BACKUPS.
5. Now try to make a phone call and see if it works correctly.
6. When you are finished, return to the Play Store and install Super Backup. Then you can tap the buttons and check all the boxes of whatever you wish to restore.

If this does not help and your phone is under warranty, return it to T-Mobile for help. They may have other tricks to perfrom that could help.

My t- moblie concord phone keeps restarting itself

I just solved this problem on my son's phone. I removed the sim card and sd memory card. Then I had to do a factory reset. Press and hold the volume down and the power button until the picture of the android shows up. Then the menu button. This will open the recovery screen. Use the volume control to move up and down the screen and select the restore by pressing the home key. After I made sure it would turn on and stay on, I replaced sim and sd card.

My Concord shuts down multiple times a day

May have a low memory issue going on.. Turn off any unnecessary features, and try pulling the battery out and putting it back in.. If that doesn't help, you my have to do a hard reset and restore it back to its factory condition... Here are the instructions to reset your phone: To perform a hard reset using hardware keys, follow these steps: Power off the device. Press and hold Volume Down key. Press and hold Power key until the Android and Triangle logo appears on screen. Let go of buttons once the logo appears. Press the device Home key. When the Factory Data Reset option appears, use the Volume keys to scroll to and select it with the Menu key. When Wipe data? appears, use the Volume keys to highlight Yes, and select it with the Menu key. Once Data Wipe Complete appears, use the Volume keys to highlight Reboot System Now and select it with the Menu key. Hope this helps...
