When typing an e-mail, my screen kept going from very small letters to huge letters. Now everything on Firefox is huge and I can't get the screen back down to normal size. How can I fix this?
If you click on view- you will able to set your zoom back to normal size.

Select your model. Download the video driver. In System Properties / Hardware, uninstall your Display Adapter. Reboot. Install the newly downloaded driver. Reboot again. Your display properties should now work correctly. Set them at Control Panel / Display Properties / Settings.

right click on the display and go to properties.
there is a link about dpi. change it to normal size.

At the top of the internet explorer / Firefox
Go to View => Zoom => Reset or zoom out.

Do you mean the icons are huge?
If so the screen resolution is set to low eg, 640 X 480
To change the screen resoultion go to and click on Start - Control Panel - Display - Settings tab and move the slider on the Screen resolution to the right until 1024 by 768 then click OK
If this is not suitable change the Screen resolution higher or lower to suit your requirements.
