first thing you do is update your audio card or down load a software like(.driver identifier.) its free from google you will see an instruction to opereate that software
If you hear the sound on the headphones then the drivers installed correctly and the defect is either hardware - the jack for the headphones is stuck so the internal speakers are no longer activated when you unplug the headphones = the jack will have to be replaced by a shop - or software - you will have to go into the Realtek HD Control Panel and configure the audio outputs correctly = enable or unmute the internal speakers.
The Panel icon can be found in the notification area or in Start > Control Panel.

That happened to my Laptop as well and all I did is reinstalled the audio driver that is included in the package and it actually worked with no problem. If in that case is still happening, try to update the driver after reinstalling it.
Go to control panel, -> sound -> sound and audio devices ->sound and audio device properties -> check the first tab for, "place the icon on the task bar".
put your hand on chip of your sound card on board if its hot so sure you need to disable and buy sound card or replace this chip also check audio jumper on board and try to install windows again and install the driver if u see on task bar sound volume icon check by tested headphone if there is out sound or no i wish i helped u
