Recall Cosco T- 58 Portable Crib - Childesigns Bellmont Crib

This crib company was sold by Century to Cosco and renamed Bridgeport. Consumers were advised to call COSCO at 1-800-544-1108 (which is handling the customer service for the recalls) or write Okla Homer Smith Furniture Manufacturing Company, P.O. Box 1148, 416 South Fifth Street, Fort Smith, AR 72901.

Be sure to obtain the free repair kit for that recalled crib by calling Cosco, and I assume they could also provide you the assembly manual.

The recall program involves crib models 10T01, 10T04, 10T05, 10T06, 10T09, 10T11, and 10T14. The manufacturer's identification, which includes the model number, is located at the bottom of the horizontal rail of either the drop side or fixed side rail of the crib. Cribs with a manufacture date code between 4490 (44th week of 1990) and 4093 (40th week of 1993) are included in this recall.

Consumers who own the recalled cribs should stop using them and contact Cosco at (800) 314-9327 for a free repair kit.


CPSC And Cosco Inc Announce Crib Recall

This does not appear to be on recall lists. As this is a portable fixed metal crib without dropsides it is unlikely that it would have been the focus of a recall.

this lists Cosco recalls and the 10T58 is not among them.

I am searching the same question as I use 3 of theze in my home child care. Haven't found anything regarding a recall on our particular model so far. I am going to call Cosco themselves and ask: 1-800-544-1108:

I called and they are not recalled just a safety notice.They are sending me a 53.00 voucher to dispose of the crib.Dont buy one.The slats on the side of mine is cracked in several places.

Take one of the old wheels to Lowes or Home Depot or Tru-Value, they may be able to match it up.

is cosco cribs recalled at all?

Call Dorel @1-800-295-1980 and they will email you a copy of the Manual. I cannot find any information about your crib being recalled. It was Storkcraft cribs.
