Glitches The screen on my phone keeps freezing and sometimes the screen randomly goes completely white. Other times if I try and open it or close it all the writing will appear backwards like it's in a mirror. What should I do!?

-Try backing up your phone and restoring it.
-If that does not work, use it until your phone battery life is completely drained. Next charge it to a usable percentage and attempt to use your phone again.
-Sometimes simply turning off and powering on your phone can help resolve glitches in the software.

You can try the second method or third method first if you like.

hello crickits81 go to your device info screen. make sure that you have the plam profile updated . Your going to do a hard reset on your phone. this will get rid of the glitches on yout phonre. ai awould like to tell you not keep it in your pocket. Once you do the hard reset it will give you time to reptogram the phone.

There is nothing wrong with your screen, the problem is from the flex that connects your screen to the phone's main board. This flex must have worn out that's why your screen is not displaying any picture.

The problem is common with flip and slide phones. The flex gets worn out as a result of constant opening and close of the flip or slide phone.

I would urge you to replace the flex and I am assuring you that your screen will display picture again. You might also be lucky to find out that the flex is not well fix, that is, it may have loosed contact.

If you cannot change the flex yourself, maybe you should take the phone to a local repairer within your vicinity, so that the flex can be fixed/replaced.

try doing a reset settings or master reset on the phone, since this is a device issue if it doesnt work then you will need to get a replacement phone thru your provider

u need a new phone i ahda similar problem with my lg kp500

RROD red ring of death -= over heating, if your mech minded, you can buy fix kits which work 95% of the time from trade me or ebay for about 50 NZD that allow the heat transfer to stop, also while your there upgrade your cooling system, very easy, computer fix shops can do it for about the same price. or just open cased with a wired in 5 dollar fan can even do the trick. but dont try the towel method, will wreak it for good
