Soundmax is unofficially gone from existance and is not going to work with Windows 7. It's not the end of the world but, you will have to upgrade to a graphics card or a sound card. Sorry bout that but, let me know if I can help you with the upgrade. your computer simply may not be able to play world of warcraft anymore. you may need to splurge and buy a more game-intensive computer, or upgrade the video card. good brands to look for are anything ati and nvidia.
Have you tried un installing the drivers and downloading the latest ones.
If this is no help, maybe google the exact card model followed by COD problems. I have found lots of game related help on forums
We are certainly not able to send you all the audio drivers in the world. You need to provide the name of the sound card, you use. unless, it is no way possible to guess the sound card you have and send the card driver.
The drivers for the video card have to match the windows version that yuo are running. Go wither to the manufactures website of the computer or the video card maker, if a no-name PC and look for the correct driver. See if theier is a newer driver or if you have the same one as the one that they recomment.
If that be the case ten the video card is not fast enought to play the game . You can upgrade to a different card.
