1. Switch ON your HTC Touch Viva with a Not ACCEPTED SIM Card.
2. If your HTC Touch Viva asks for a PIN code, then enter your SIM card PIN and press OK.

5. Your HTC Touch Viva is now unlocked.

Try to delete all unwanted SMS + Clear your call log and than open TODAY tab and check Touchflow tab....Cheers

just reset to factory setting if not worked take a backup and format phone make sure there is antivirus in ur handset

Kindly let me know which GPRS system you have first.All you need to do is send and SMS to the service provider or call him and get the settings downloaded to the phone .

No, there are no problem of servise center no. If u know the Number so after some days it will work itself. Just put the correct servise center number

• Just click the menu soft key and click add contact
• Click the TO field and it will bring up your contacts
• Start typing into the to field, which will show you contacts that start with those letters

I had the same problem and came to this site for help but the solutions didn't solve the problem of "cannot send text message" on htc touch hd. All service numbers correct. Went to START/SETTINGS/CONNECTIONS/ADVANCED NETWORK/SMS SERVICE then changed from "gprs" to "gprs preferred". Double checked and had reverted to "GSM" but sms now works - finally!!! Hope this helps.

yes it is possible u can use sms back up softwere to take a back up and the same can be used in ur viva
