I can not to connect with google servers
Your out of luck. That phone is using a Google operating system. It requires Google servers to activate it. It could be restricted for US use as well pointing to US Google based servers.

Transfer contacts
Install activesync, which your probably already have. If not, go here. Once you setup a sync profile (if you just got it) make sure contacts get synced. If you had it for a while, go to Tools>Options and make sure contacts is checked.

You must have Outlook. The when synced the contacts will appear in Outlook. Not sure if it works with outlook express, but you might as well try.

Contacts Tranfer?
The easiest way would be to install activesync on a windows pc and synchronize your contacts to outlook/outlook express from the I-mate then sync them back to your Touch.

G1 Android Market Beta
You should update the 'System' on your phone.
Go to Settings>About Phone
Select 'System Updates' to get your system up to date. This should get you going with Android Market.
You will need some internet connection for this.

HTC Touch Diamond you need to provide IMEI number (15 digits unique number). It can be found by dialing *#06# as a phone number, as well as by checking in the phone settings of your device.This service can unlock all HTC models, it does not matter if the network comes from Europe, USA or any other place (excluding list of unsupported networks), it can be unlocked on our website. Please make sure that your HTC Touch Diamond asks for an unlock code, when you insert a simcard from a different network. You can use any of the provides services, old, new, newest database it doesn't matter.

How do I transfer photo from my htc mobile phone
connect it using the cable . Use the usb mode . Open it as a usb drive and copy whatever files on the phone to the computer . And also onthe phone the files have to be on the memory and not on the phone memory .

Can't send email with bellsouth account
The simple solution is set up a Gmail account... Bellsouth will not let you send email unless you are at home directly connected to their server... because of spam issues. Do like I had to and just receive your mail from bellsouth but send replies from your gmail account or just use gmail all together.
