Racing your car on public roads is dangerous and illegal.
You will also have a lot more fun on a track that is made for speed and safety.
Not all of the countries allow racing so you will need to check if it is legal.
If it does you should find it in a quick search on the internet or in a phone
book.
Feel the track. On the track, go around a couple of rounds at a normal rate of speed to get the lay of
the land; if possible, get out and walk the track paying special attention to
the turns. Commit the track to memory by drawing it on paper and if it is
possible do a drive-through with an instructor.
You should not race your car until participating in a
Driver's Education event. Most race tracks host an educational drivers event
every once in a while that is open for the public. Try it out and consult with
the racing expert before you decide to start racing on your own.
