System not rebooting for 30minutes after switch off
I am using a RADEON X1950 super AGP card with my LENOVO dual core 2.8GHZ system. When I switch off the the system and then switch ON the system is not booting even the bias is not executed for 30minutes. But if switched ON after 30 minutes it boots normally, otherwise no problem. When I remove the AGP card it boots normally.
Please suggest a solution

Get a new Video card, Your Radeon x1950 has meeted the end of it's life cycle. Once of the capicitor is damaged. You can repair the card if you know how to solder and weld other then that, it is cheaper to get a graphic card these days.

Thanks.
as this pc is skt 775 and has dual core support then it is quite likely that the e5200 will work but may need a bios update to support this cpu...
just goto dells site and choose the pc u have and select drivers then download the lastest bios, transfer it to the dell pc run it as its a self extractor system will reboot perform the update then bobs ya uncle.......pop in new cpu and hey presto cheapo ugrado
#and as for the graphics card you will need to accertain which pcie version u have as most dell pc's only have pcie v1 so wont be able to handle the newer gpu's on the market.......
the adapter u are using is pci express and the dell dimension 9100 are not compatible.. try returning it for either a pci (usually the white slot) or AGP which in most cases is brown.. the AGP will be your best performance.. if return is not an option.. then it seems that a new pc is in your best interest.
