After installing the xp operating

This is Intel's link for your board.
http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/highlights/dsktpboards/d845gbv
You can get your download here if it's available. There is an audio troubleshooting system area you can check out however, if you have the IDT or ADI sound on your system, you may not have any luck with drivers as the companies have folded. If you have Realtek sound, you can try here:
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/
Go into your device manager and click on the box next to "sound, audio and game controllers" and you will see your devices. If you see "IDT(sigmatel), or ADI(soundmax)" in your list. You may want to consider an upgrade to a sound or graphics card. The Radeon HD cards can give you graphics and sound using ATI's DVI adaptor.

Intel845 mb 3ghz processor no

Just check the motherboard manual because I think you just got problem in hardware compatibility.Remember if your processor and memory are not compatible the first thing that might happen is your process will be damage. But since you it start only when you install antivirus, you have to reformat your disk, to solved the problem.

No sound card

if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to sound, video and game controllers you might see a yellow question mark? Right click to reinstall drivers click start control panel sounds and audio, volume, advanced, speakers make sure you have selected the (((appropriate speakers))) also audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have the correct settings there also click start control panel sounds and audio devices you can adjust the volume there also select speaker volume you can change your settings there you can also tick in the box place icon in taskbar if his does not fix the problem

have you tried this control panel sounds and audio, volume, advanced, speakers select the appropriate speakers from the drop down list or navigate to the device manager scroll to system devices + to expand, system speaker right click properties then select use this device (enable) also you might check the speakers plug/outlet is usually at the back of the computer you will have to open up the computer to check the lead attached to the rear of the input plug make sure the connection is good try cleaning your computer of dust using a fine air blower from a compressor making VERY sure that there is no MOISTURE in the air line specifically around the sound card and the CPU central processing unit dust causes static to build up in a computer hope this helps you might have to get a portable usb sound card if you mean dont have a sound card installed

Self having the following configuration

Power down and disconnect AC power from your PC. Remove the AGP card and DIMM again and use some "canned air" or dusting spray to get any dust off the contacts on your motherboard and your memory and AGP card. Wiping the AGP card contacts with some isopropyl alcohol (also known as IPA or "rubbing alcohol") and a clean, lint-free cloth can also help. When everything is dry, put your card and memory back in and try powering up again.

I have a Intel D845GBV

You can only upgrade as high as your components will allow. If you get a brand new motherboard, you'll also need to get the appropriate RAM, and CPU style. When you're looking into buying a new motherboard, especially to replace a single core motherboard, you usually have to upgrade RAM, CPU and possibly video card, if you're using an older AGP style video socket - so make sure that if you DO upgrade your board, you either keep it within the limits of your components, or upgrade the appropriate pieces along with the motherboard.
