It probably means it has low battery or that there's a problem charging it such as something might be messed up inside the tablet causing it to not charge.

Samsung galaxy tablet 10.1 wont charge show a 1/4 yellow battery then turns off show battery again then shuts off

Either the battery or the charger is done for. If you have family or a friend with the same unit, you can verify your charger and your unit with their equipment.

Good Luck.

Won't Charge/unusable

It could be the charger. If you have anything else that it would work on then you should try it. If its not the charger it may be the charger port and as far as I know you will have to have it send it the company or find a repair shop and have them replace it. You could possibly take the charger to radio shack or a store like it and ask them if they could try the charger on another tablet, they may do it.

When I try to charge my samsung galaxy tablet a yellow triangle pops up on the battery sign

I had this same thing. The Batter image had a red line on the right side and the yellow triangle had an explanation point in the middle.

I searched the net and found a few solutions.

1. Hold the power button down for 30 seconds.

2. Hold the power button down and the volume down button at the same time for 30 seconds.

3. Just let it charge and over night and it should go back to normal.

I did all 3, in the order I wrote them. While in step 3, after about 5 minutes I pressed the power button and it showed that it was charging normal.

Hope this helps.

Why does my tablet when i turn it on it has a battery sign with an explanation mark inside it and will not turn on

The exclamation mark means that your tablet has no battery left. You should try plugging your tablet in for a few hours before turning it on (if it doesn't turn on by itself.) If that doesn't work and you still see the exclamation mark, I suggest that you ensure the charger is properly plugged in to the socket and that its properly attached to the tablet.

Nokia N800 Tablet

I had the same problem with the n810. I was using a non-oem battery and the connections were a loose fit causing the battery not able to charge.
If you take the battery cover off, hold the battery firmly in place. Connect the charger and make sure battery is charging, then press the boot button. If it boots and stays on, then shuts off when you stop holding the battery. Then you probably have a loose connection or a bad battery. Also try cleaning the connector with a pencil eraser and alcohol.
I had to wedge tthe battery in place. You can find a spare battery with a desktop charger on Ebay for around $10US.
