Braun Tassimo 3107 lost instructions

My problem is when I plug into the power mains the 4 lights come on flashing,and nothing else happens I havn't got the instruction book and I'm stuck.Can anyone help PLEASE.?

    My machine lit up the red light at the bottom left. NEEDS CLEANING however even after using cleaning chemicals, running two full containers of clean water through with the cleaning disk the light remains on. WTF:????

The lid has to be OPEN when you turn the machine on.

We have lost our tdisc that is used when you just want hot water (with the Tassimo coffee machine). How can I get a replacement. The number is TAS 1000 UC with a serial number of 1318693.

Yessir, you need a t-disc to use it, because the machine reads the bar code that is imprinted on the aluminum lid of the t-disc to get instructions of how hot the water should be, and how much water should be used for the beverage you're qnting to prepare. no t-disc, no drink, no working machine. it's that simple.
