SOURCE: transferring pictures from phone to memory card on htc touch pro

The simplest way is to use Active Sync.
Otherwise the long and difficult way would to use your file explorer and copy them one at a time.

SOURCE: htc phone is with mobilicityt but i put my rogers sim in there and it says sim network unlock pin

you need to unlock your phone. you can unlock your phone through codes or through softwares. if you choose software please choose the softwares that are suitable to your phone. or you can go with codes. you can get the codes from your service providers itself. if they fail you to provide the codes you can go with other online providers like Superunlockcodes.com

Htc rhyme wont recognize sd card

Try the SD card in your computer, see if it is corrupted. If not, copy the files off of it and then re-format it - then try it in your phone.
If that does not work, try a fresh SD card in the phone (maybe borrow one?)
If that fails too, it may well be that the internal SD card reader in the phone has gone bad.

I have verizon HTC Rhyme that I bought from someone and appartently there was a bill owed and now the esn is locked to where I cannot put it on my carrier which is pageplus, is there a way to change or...

Separate providers should not have any concerns with the billing of another provider.
You shouldn't need to do anything.
There is no way to change the ESN though. With some providers that have SIM cards you can request the esn to be all 1's and simply provide you with a SIM card since it is your phone and does not need to be on record for any warranty reasons.
That is what I do and no carrier has argued about it.

How do I download my text messages from an HTC Wildfire phone to a PC, so that they are not lost when I change to a new SIM card?

Messages in phone are not lost when you change your SIM card but if messages are stored in SIM card, you can copy then to phone.
To copy SIM messages to phone do the following: 1. Open Messages 2. Press Menu and select settings. 3. Scroll down and select "Manage SIM messages" 4. Select Messages in SIM and copy or move to phone memory Now when you change your SIM, these messages will remain in the phone
But, if you mean changing the phone, download a simple program called SMS backup & Restore. It will backup your messages to memory card in a file. You can save the file on pc and restore your messages to other phone when you change your phone.
Here is Android Market Link to download SMS Back & Restore:

1)if you have pix texting you can just send them to your email and then save them from there
2) or if you have a sym card you can set the phone to auto save them to your card and when your card is full just plug it in to a card reader on your phone
