Runs fine &then suddenly stops

My leaf blower runs fine for about 10 minutes and then just stops! (Little Wonder 9666E).

Then it wont start for a day or so, but then starts fine again, and then the same thing happens?

I think it has something to do with the tubes entering the fuel tank (fuel or breather).

Can you help me answer this.

IN the tank there is a intake tube on the bottem of that tube is a tiny filter. you can reach in and pull it out the tank enough to work on it.
It is clogged pull it off let it dry for a day and then blow it clean fron the gas line side OUT.

or echo sells tune up kits for 10 bucks at home depot. -Jeff Anchorage Small Engine.

What is the compression on a poulan leaf blower?
60 to 70 psi it will start fine. I fix Poulan blowers every day for a living

Can't get a brand new little wonder LB900 blower to start
Needs fuel,air and spark.

Inspect "sparkie".See if there is a spark(when grounded),during start.
If so,is the sparkie fouled with fuel or carbon?
Smell the gasoline.If it's bad,it won't run.

Possible carb problem.(Fuel delivery)

Heat the carb w/a hair dryer. That works wonders!

My leaf blower was running fine. Suddenly it stop. I try to restart, it begins to run for about three seconds and then stops again. It has gas with oil. What might be an option to solve this problem?
set you HI --LOW adjustments-- mine crasftsman-blower needed this after the first season. factory set is to low--- in order to pass EPA.

My echo pb-201 hand held leaf blower starts and runs for about 2 minutes then begins to sputter and stop. Sometimes I can get it to work for about 4 minutes but then stops.
may be a clogged fuel filter or bad fuel lines check to see if they are real soft if so replace it they are fine the may need a carb kit

My blower only runs about 3/4 choke position. Behaves as if it is starved for fuel.
It may be, doesn't take much to clog the ports in those little carburators.
I'd empty the tank and make sure my tank of gas isn't contaminated.
I had to remove my carb, disassemble it and soak the body in fresh gasoline for 10 minutes then blow it out. Now it runs better then the day I bought it

It only runs for about 5 minutes at a time.
The ignition module is going bad. Cost of replacing part is more costly than buying a new blower.
