I dropped it in the toilet a few days ago and it worked normal afterwords. And then when i went on vacation i didnt have service so it went black, i charged it all day. When i turn it on the keyboard lights up, and i can feel on the screen when i touch messaging or something...but the screen wont light up. Help!

Water is not draining completely from the toilet line to the sewage tank. If there is a 'low/little slope' section anywhere in that drain line, solids WILL settle and collect there and cause water to back-up in the toilet drain line. Then the toilet will not flush completely or at all until the 'soft blockage' is cleared out and the drain line emptied. Al 'gravity drain' toilets require a free draining/empty drain line that allows flush water to drain unrestricted. A basement toilet has a pump that 'forces' flush water up and out with enough pressure to sometimes force out the 'soft clog.'
If by wont start up you mean the screen shows nothing and their are no errors you the motherboard on it is probably damaged beyond repair, and the laptop will need to be replaced. However, if you have an error about boot devices you may wish to look at this tip
Phone not charging. Hello, when a phone does not charge, it means that the phone charger or the port at which the charger is inserted in the phone is faulty.
Might be due to dust or dirt. You can Clean charging port on the phone with a brush and alcohol to remove dirt.
After cleaning it,if still not charging, you can test charger with another phone to be sure if the charger is working. And if charger works with another phone,that means the charging port on the phone is faulty and will need to replaced.
Get your iPod in a bag of rice, and keep it there for maybe a few days, it should **** out all the moisture, hopefully it wasn't on when it was dropped in, but give it a shot.
Try to reformat your internal memory, and then turn On the camera and use the auto mode or smart scene mode. Take a two pictures on a same subject then review the pictures after, now if the two pictures has lines on it and it has a pink in colors it means that the lens of the camera is defective that`s why it will not take a good picture. The screen does not appears when it is caused with water damage problem.
I would like to suggest you to service the handset or it might cause other damages also.

Recent phones dont agree with water to much, but what you can do is pull it apart and spray it all with a electric cleaner, but if you have insurance on your phone that would be the best way to replace it, warranty wont cover it. you could try to hard reset it but most likely wont work still
well if your phone stills works (making and reciving calls) use it till you get a new one. i dropped mine in the toilete and and work but the screen didnt work. if you have insurance call them.
try tapping lightly on the tub that matches your color problem. do you see it come and go? if so then you have bad tubes. you can try to rejuvenate them but is not recomended.
