I was playing music but when i swich tothe next track it froze.the light is still on and now playing written at the top but cannot be switch off.what should i do?.the model is a1136.

when it freezes like that you either have to much memory on it but when they came out with those nanos they froze alot and there isnt really anything to do besides try to let the battery die and turn it on again
this is probably because you are playing the tracks directly from your memory card. if you gon into applications then music player, and select your tunes this way it should automatically move onto the next one

i had the same problem, apperantly creative made an error making the hardware for the subwoofer, and put in an mos-fet with to little resistance, i called creative and gave them the serial number behind the subwoofer and they sent me a new one that hasnt acted up yet.
