I bought an mp4 player branded GPX model ML648S and it just stopped letting me transfer music onto it with any microsoft. i need help, ive tried everything!

I suggest taking a small screwdriver or tip of a pen and holding down the RESET button on the back of the device. This should return the device to it's factory settings. Like getting a brand new MP3 player. Also make sure your memory is not full. You can delete files my opening up My Computer, then GPX device, then Portable Memory, Then Music and then delete songs you no longer wish to hear.

I don't know how to delete songs off of my MP3 player.

go into windows media player click on sync click on audio player then on format.it will delete everything.the manual doesn't give you any information on how to delete any music but hey it deletes what you don't want you'll just have to put your music back on. OR: Open my computer, look for the GPX device or removeable storage.
Click to open until you can see the individual songs, select and delete
