If you have a micro SD card for your EnV with an SD card adaptor and either an SD card slot or SD card reader for your PC, you can simply put the micro-SD card into the SD adaptor, insert into the card reader slot or the SD slot directly on your computer, and then simply drag and drop song files from your PC to the card's folder. Keep in mind that certain song files may not be playable on your phone due to DRM licensing restrictions. Hope this helps!

Try to download or buy a PC suite cd . On installation it automatically configures your mobile make.
If this does not work
solution 2
Connect the mobile to computer via data-cable. Configure all the settings manually.


(instead of trying to connect your mobile to a PC you may also use a memory card reader.)

How to download music from utube, using bit comet, to load on mobile phone
I don't know much about bitcomet and I don't recommend since it a also a p2p application. If you wish to download videos from Youtube so that you can play in your mobile, you can try THIS. This is one of my tips I've posted recently.

If you download all the lates apps and music dose it make the phone slow
Yes, It wil make the phone run slower as it has less memory and more processing to do (same with a computer) the more data etc you have the more processing power the device needs to cope with the data.

Do not know how to download music
Hi there, there are many ways to copy /transfer music to your player. Here¡¦s a common and simple way to do this process using Windows Explorer. Follow the instructions below: -Connect the disk storage (MP3 player) to your computers USB port. If the computer pops up a window asking what do you want windows to do? Click cancel. -Right click on My Computer and click on Explore. A split window will pop up and display the contents and drives on your computer. Look for the drive Removable Disk (E:) [The letter drive may vary depending on your computer] This is your MP3 player. -Next, drop down My Documents and click on the My Music folder. If you store your music files in a different location then find that folder. -Take a file from the My Music folder or where ever you store your music files, click on the music file drag and drop it into the E: Removable Disk on the left of the window. A window will pop up and display the progress of the copying. Repeat the process until your player is full. You have completed the file copy/transfer process! I bought a card reader so i could put songs from my computer onto my phone....when i go to add more songs it says theres music on it, but when i put the card in my phone it says its empty?
to easy, guess i shoulda investigated before posting.....i just had to format the card for the phone first, then put it in the computer, add files to music folder and waaalaaa....music on phone =) only its a slowwwww process. so if anyone knows a quicker way, id appreciate the help =)

How to download itunes
hi...first u uninstall the itunes that uv already loaded....then lets start fresh..u shud have the itunes software available with ur motorola kit...or if not..it is easily downloadable from the internet...i recommend u buy it....then once uv downloaded it and crossed over all the wizard process....u r ready to go...first...open ur icon which u wud find on r screen..once uv opened it...click musicin ur library in the left hand side..then open file...and click import....once uv done that...u get a small wndow frm where u can import the music on ur computer to ur itunes

Transfering music from your computer to the phone
when you plug in the phone to the computer, go into menu- tools - mass storage- connect to computer and just look for the removable disk storage on " my computer" transfer all your music files to the media folder. hope this helps if you haven't gotten it to work
