Since the company went under years ago and took all of their software with them, I was wondering if anyone knew where to find the software aka drivers for this mp3 player?. I just dug it out of the closet from 7 years ago and it would make a nice gift for a little kid if I could get the drivers for it. Thanks in advance!. :0)

The bankruptcy-trustee has "wound-up" that company, and tried to sell the inventory of parts, and all the software device-drivers, to maximize the value to the creditors of that company.
