Tecnik range oven element on even with fan off.

I have a range with a gas hob, Electric Grill and Ovens. 1 of the ovens is fan assisted. When all the selectors are off the Fan oven element continues to heat up. The fan does not start and it appears that the element switches off with the thermostat as expected. I am an engineer, so wanted to check it out and repair replace parts as required. I am unable to see how to dismantle the front control panel to check all the switches.

I have a Tecnik Range cooke that was in the house when i bought it. The secong oven has no cover for the heating element at the top so everything I put in browns at the top. Should this oven have a metal plate underneath so that I can use it as a conventional oven or should it be like that

I have a range master 110 clasic 2007 when the small oven was switched on a fan would come on. my engineer says that this model has no fan because it is gas.

I have a Rangemaster and like yours is dual fuel. Gas hob and electric oven. The large oven is fan assisted but the small oven, on the right hand side of the range) is self cleaning and not fan assisted.

I have a problem with my Hotpoint oven. The gas hob is working, the middle electric grill/oven is working but the electric oven at the bottom isn't. The fan and light are working but there is no heat.

AS the fan usually is wired in paralell with the element. I supect the element has failed.

Do you know the power rating of a TECNIK TKC 1255/SS cooker

i believe this is a range oven so has gas hob top one large oven a one small oven main oven draws around 2.5 kw on fan and 1.8 on conventional elements.

Good evening i have a BT2431SS baumatic cooker,i have no heat in main oven yet i have the hob and the grill that work ok.

If it is a fan assisted electric oven, and the fan is wrking o/k, then it will probably be a faulty oven element.
This is located at the rear of the oven compartment behind a removeable cover.

My oven doesn't work. Although the grill and the hob does. I cannot seem to find any obvious reason...

If it is a fan assisted oven, and the fan is working, then you need to replace the oven element.

Oven does not work

its just your heater element you will need to wright down your model number and go on ebay or go to your local appliance shop they might order you 1 there about £35 pound

The cooker stays warm when mains cooker switch is on.

Either teh grill element or the oven heating element is fault or the thermostat or grill regulator, locate which element is warm, if the grill then it is most likely the regulator, if it is the oven it is the thermostat. Engineer
