It's a possibility that you iron steam making elements are caked with lime and possibly the steam holes as well.

Purchase some "Lime Away" and dilute it 50/50 and pour it into your steam iron (drain all the old water out first and leave the iron unpluged) let sit for an hour or so and drain out, fill it again with clear water shake and drain out do this a couple of time then turn on the steam and see if it works properly, use the first time on an old towel to be sure all the chemical has been rinced out. Good Luck.

Looking at the front of the iron there is a spray nozzle and right above it there is a spot that opens to fill with water.

as i suspected , i looked at your user guide here , its like any other iron , when its standing upright , there is a hole sorta on the top pour water in there and a site glass in the handle area will show you how much is in there . hope that a fix ya .
