Hi. It is simple, just Open Menu > Message Setting>and activate the "Delivery report Yes".Sometimes this problem occur due to network failure problem.And if the problem still persist better to contact service provider.Good luck.Thanks for visiting fixya

To activate the GPRS settings on your handset, Write GPRSACT in write new message and send it to 511. You will receive the settings of GPRS, Save this settings. There is no service charges to activate GPRS. If you face any problem in sending the sms then there is another solution you just have to call on helpline no of AIRTEL and demand GPRS settings by the AIRTEL service providers, Give information to them about your handset which you are using they will send you the settings of GPRS according to your handset. Save those settings and enjoy GPRS on your SAMSUNG SGH-F480.

first you go to menu, message, message setting. delivery report on. then you will get delivery report after you change settings. Thanks

Open your Message, press 'Menu' then go to 'Message Option' after that go to 'Sending Option' Scroll down & check on 'Request Delivery Report'. Once this is checked you will be receiving the delivery report once your Msg is been delivered.

try soft reset after unchecked msg delivery notification.

1) go into the menu
2) click messaging
3) click menu in the bottom right hand corner
4) click MMS options - this should bring up a screen with 5 tabs along the bottom of the screen (sending, recieving, profile, compose, about)

Menu - Messaging - Settings (10) - SMS (1) - Sending Options (1)  Then go down and uncheck the 'Delivery Report' box. Hope this helps :]
