Samsung u900 how to turn off the delivery report once sent a message on the samsung soul u900

how can i reject some of the sms sent to me in my samsung u 900 soul?

u must chek ur message center number

it is something that the network and manufactured installed on phone which is annoying the best way is to send texts half and half so they arrive to friends

try resetting the setting on your mobile phone via the security settings that should fix problem

go to menu - messages - settings - text messages - sending options
there is a box there that will be ticked for delivery report. UNcheck that.

try going to menu - settings - call settings - voice calls - call diverting
this will give you the options for sending calls to voicemail (or another number if you wish) after a certain amount of time or if you arent getting a signal etc
if you chose the option 'cancel all' though in this menu it should stop calls going to voicemail

i wouldnt call this a problem so much as a slight inconvenience, it just means you have to go thru one more screen before you get to your phonebook, if you dont want to have to scroll down to the option everytimejust press the number 4 one your keypad. there are otherways to avoid this. from the main screen got to addr. book find the contact and under options select send msg.

in short there is no way to turn this feature off or change the numbers.

Go into a new text message and hit the "send to" option. Scroll down to the first name above the line and hit the "options" button. Scroll down and select "Recent messages" and choose whoever from that list that you'd like to be your top 3. I actually just sent all three of mine a blank text, but when I went back to the "send to" list voila! MORE INFO: I tried all kinds of things to remove names from my top three recipients list. What ended up working was to send a text to multiple recipients at once. Two was enough. But it was important who I selected first. I sent a message to my wife and my friend. My wife's name got added back to my top three! Then I reversed and sent a message to my friend and to my wife. His name got added back!

When sending text messages on the samsung soul u900 there is a tone sounds for every message sent, can this be disabled and is so how do you disable it, its so annoying!!!

Is this a tone that is played when the screen says 'message sent'?
If so try editing your profiles. In the menu for every profile (with the exception of silent i think) there is an option for phone sound volume. Try putting that to zero......

If its the one that plays becuase you ask for a delivery report of a sent message then you cant silence that without silencing all text messages.

hi tom5162, You can reset all your settings by resetting your phone(By doing your data in phone will be deleted.....
To reset dial *2767*3855# ,it will reset your phone to factory mode.
To save your data, please backup your phone.....
