you must first to activate your GPRS or mms seeting ..contact you service provider on how to activate it so you can enjoy sending and recieving mms

First You have get the Gprs and MMS Setting from your SIM sevice provider By call
and ask them to send you back setting of MMS and Gprs .

You are right, it'll not open up. The message indicates that your phone hasn't activated Gprs. Contact vodafone and get your phone's gprs activated and access the service. There's no other option to view the message except through gprs (only your mobile number's gprs).

If you know how to activate the gprs, you can do it but if you are not sure, it's best and easiest to call the vodafone customer care.

had received mms from http://mms.live.vodafone.in and my message key is 33.6730 i m not able to open it help me

everytime I try to access the internet using my sciphone 19+++, but I get a message saying GPRS unsubscribed

simple solution ....go to your service provider web site and somewhere within the pages you will find a link to have the settings sent to ur phone (free) via sms...once message recieved you say yes to save them ...some phones auto set them others you just find the sp details youve just saved and activate them ...
eg sayyou use orange you scroll your wap settings for orange and simply select it and activate...gprs needs an account with sp...
all others , wap net,sms.mms can do with pay as you go sim(no account)

gprs is already aktif, except 3 and axis, for pc conection you must install driver from its web, my moto.com

It's the same as last time; You need to get the Settings for Internet/Wap and MMS from your Network Service Provider. These settings are usually sent as a text msg. When you receive the msg. choose save or install on your phone. Or get the settings directly from their website. The MMS service doesn’t always work between networks.

YakYak, Go onto your network providers website register on there, and there should be a option once you have signed up, confirmed your email address etc... You should Be able to set it up for MMS & GPRS, hope this works and good luck.
