You should contact your network service provider and ask for GPRS and MMS settings.They will send those settings to your phone via a configuration message and you can open and save the Settings from the Messaging Inbox.Then Power off your phone and Turn on again.This will work.Hope you 're satisfied with my solution.Thanks

Most mobile service providers in India provide an option to activate GPRS for only 1 day for a cost of about 10Rs. Activating it is the only way to view the MMS. Note that your phone should be GPRS capable(has internet capability) for you to use this feature.
YakYak, Go onto your network providers website register on there, and there should be a option once you have signed up, confirmed your email address etc... You should Be able to set it up for MMS & GPRS, hope this works and good luck.
