My wecam w/c is logetech work,ang there are times not,,wrong connection?tell me what to do i uninstall it and i cant reinstall again it says need the cd installer but i dont have it anymore

Try disconnecting the Camera from the USB port and reinstall
the CD or Downloaded software program. When the program asks you
to connect the camera to the USB port, do so and it should work.

Visit the Logitech website and browse the photo gallery for your model and click on the photo to navigate to the support page. Note - Older models on page 2 - look for the link at the bottom right of page 1 and click on it "Still can't find your product?"
In addition to the Logitech installer you will need to run the support software - Microsoft DirectX . This comes pre-loaded on most Windows computers but has to be updated - I am currently on version 11 To start the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, click Start, click Run, type dxdiag in the Open box, and then click OK.
Procedure to re-install Logitech software Close all programs while uninstalling - downloading and uploading software Disconnect your webcam Uninstall the current webcam software on your computer Restart computer Download the Installation package from Logitech Run the installer and choose your options during the installation - You may not want Logitech Chat but the Desktop icon for the webcam toolbar is a must. Connect your webcam when prompted.
Disconnect webcam Uninstall any webcam software Restart your computer Visit the Logitech website and browse the photo gallery, click on the photo of your webcam to navigate to the support page for that model
Note - older webcam ? click the link at the bottom right of the page > "Still can't find your product?"
Once the installer is downloaded you can upload it - note the options offered - Logitech Chat etc. The webcam desktop icon is useful. Connect your webcam when prompted
You will also need to download DirectX - this software supports Logitech webcams
i want to uninstall my a4tech PK5,,But i cannot removed it to add remove program,I think the file was currupted.
