Logitech,camera on and off work

Check the batteries. Logitech mouse seems to work till battery has completely empty.

When battery/s is dead it suddenly stops, working till the last minute of battery life.

go to www.driverguide.com and search for the driver for your operating system, you could also try logitech web site for the driver

Visit the Logitech website and browse the photo gallery for your model and click on the photo to navigate to the support page.
Note - Older models on page 2 - look for the link at the bottom right of page 1 and click on it "Still can't find your product?"

In addition to the Logitech installer you will need to run the support software - Microsoft DirectX . This comes pre-loaded on most Windows computers but has to be updated - I am currently on version 11
To start the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, click Start, click Run, type dxdiag in the Open box, and then click OK.

Procedure to re-install Logitech software
Close all programs while uninstalling - downloading and uploading software
Disconnect your webcam
Uninstall the current webcam software on your computer
Restart computer
Download the Installation package from Logitech
Run the installer and choose your options during the installation - You may not want Logitech Chat but the Desktop icon for the webcam toolbar is a must.
Connect your webcam when prompted.

Disconnect webcam
Uninstall any webcam software
Restart your computer
Visit the Logitech website and browse the photo gallery, click on the photo of your webcam to navigate to the support page for that model

Once the installer is downloaded you can upload it - note the options offered - Logitech Chat etc. The webcam desktop icon is useful.
Connect your webcam when prompted

You will also need to download DirectX - this software supports Logitech webcams

1. uninstall all logitech software
2. unplug the cam
3. reboot the pc
   
4. plug in the camera without the software
   will enumerate under microsoft drivers.
5. open the software and see if the cam is populated now.
6. if not check the device manager see if the camera is enumerated correctly
7. uninstall from the device manager and reboot the pc
8. the try the software again
9. if no cam options
   
10. turn off antivirus reinstall the messenger and try cam again without software.
11. still not working contact messenger support.
    

i have no cd to install camera plz tell me some solution

Uninstall the software and driver, then reinstall them. Make sure you do this BEFORE you connect the camera.
