Once powered on will not go pass the blue window xp screen need help not alot of money need for new job
There are many possible reasons for a blue screen at windows xp.the most likely ones are:damaged windows instalation - in which case you will need to reinstall windows.damaged physical drive - in which case you would need to get a new hard drivethe OS cannot access memory - could be RAM memory or HDD.
I'm guessing you would just need to re-install the windows. You are most likely to lose all data.

Hi,
In most laptops with S-video connector, the Screen Resolution must initially be lowered down to match the capacity of the TV. This page might give you additional insights.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.

The power on password can be removed by simply taking out the CMOS (aka, backup or BIOS) battery at the bottom of the main battery compartment for a minute, re-installing it and then powering up the system. However, if there is a supervisor (aka, BIOS) password also enabled, then while the power on password is eliminated, the BIOS password will kick in and the system will refuse to continue booting until the supervisor password is provided. If you don't know what the supervisor password is, then you are looking at a motherboard replacement (what IBM recommends) or figuring out how to read the stored password out of the system.
