You need to upgrade or just buy a new computer. Im assuming your getting Verizon DSL or FIOS
which need more computer power for the software that it needs.

Try looking for a new computer that is Windows XP Service Pack 3 or Windows Vista
with at least 1 gig of ram. That should fix the problem of verizon services notbeing compatible with your hardware.

My DVD-RW burner recognizes blank DVDs, Data DVDs, data CDs & music CDs, BUT will NOT recognize blank CD-Rs ??? I've tried different manufacturers , none are recognized by the drive.

Try using a lens cleaner to clean the DVD-RW lens. If still it doesn't read blank CD-Rs, then burner must be faulty now.

Can Windows 7 32 bit actually use more than 4 GB of ram even though it can only report 3 or 4 GB of ram?

If you put in more ram than your system is designed for then it's just wasted ram.

The security code is the last 4 digits of the cellphone number unless you have changed it. If this doesn't work please contact your service provider.

Upgrade NEC Versa VX

You can insert the Windows XP CD while logged on Win 98 and run a test from the CD. Obviously you need a larger Hard Disk and at least 126 MB RAM to bring XP to a usable speed. You can look for RAM upgrade options in this page.

I think the problem is that you deleted one of the syst. file on the RCA Lyra.. These are the files you need to have in order to make the mp3 player work.

Setting.dat
Music.sec
Time.dat
music.lib

and the 4 folders (Voice) (line-in) (FM) (audible)
