Hi the clock is set for 60 Hertz, What about countrys with 50 Hertz in voltaje?

50 Hz means the electric generator rotates 50 times per second.
And then electricity oscillates or reverses polarity 50 times per second.
Products rated for 60 Hz will not operate correctly with 50 Hz power.

Power strip cuts off power to tank same day every day

Timer has gone bad, or polarity of outlet is incorrect, or voltage is incorrect, or all above.

How do we clear out the timer settings

Timer is not identified.
Open following link to identify timer and download manual.
http://waterheatertimer.org/GE-timers-and-manuals.html#zilla

1) If you have zilla digital power strip, there is no reset button.
It appears you can reset timer by removing small battery located on back of timer.
Battery serves as a back-up for timer settings, and display will not show without battery.
Most battery-operated timers that do not have reset button are reset by removing battery.

Some battery operated timers retain programming forever even if battery is removed for months, and then programming is still there when new battery is installed. However this type of timer has a reset button, but zilla does not.

2) A second way to clear programming is to press PRG button to review each program, and set each program to another time. I don't know if this will work since you can't 'zero' out the settings.

There is a light on the outside of timer should it stay on all the time

1) WH21 manual does not say if indicator lights up when Load is ON. That says indicator lights up when timer has power.
2) Flip manual control to reverse program and see if light stays on or goes off.

3) GE15207 water-heater-timer has two different indicator lights. One is ON when timer has power. The other is ON when Load has power. But GE timer has NO and NC terminals.

4) The reason I answered this question is that folks have problems wiring timers and then ask questions trying to piece together why timer is not working.
5) If timer is not functioning as expected, read below, or add a comment with details about your wiring.

6) Wiring WH21
240V circuits have 2 hot leads.
Hot leads from breaker connect to center terminal and to left terminal.
Leads going to Load (water heater) connect to center terminal and to right terminal
If you have leads from breaker and leads to Load reversed, timer will not function except when manual control is switched ON.
In this case, reverse wires on right and left terminals.

How to set timer for aqualight digital power center.. it has 7 time cycles per day but do i need to set all 7 cycle and if now i do i set it..

With digital Zilla timer, you can set from 1 to 7 programs.
You can set one program, and that's it, or set 2 programs or 3.
Up to 7.
