just had this happen to me with the same brand of blanket. I LOVE My Woomer e-blanket. I contacted Woomer via email. They responded within 24hrs. They said the controller is bad and would need replaced. However, they did not have any of the old style controllers like I need. So, they are refunding me my money. I have requested that they send me a replacement blanket instead and am waiting for their response. I hope this helps. Their email is: [email protected]
Should have warranty, plug and unplug the connection to blanket several times. if no help call their customer service. You may be able to return it to the store you bought it from and get a replacement. Hopefully, you still have receipt.
wash the blanket then throw it in the bin
water and electrical components do not mix
electrical blankets are just a resistor element in ceramic covering and if you put that in a washing machine that is the end of the insulation
I have the same numbers on my blanket, mine has a PAC-215 controller, I found a couple of them on ebay. Don't know it all blankets have the controller so check the numbers on the back of your controller.
Dear Sir, I called J C PENNEY and they suggested I call back next month or so when the electric blankets come in for winter so they could get the information I need.
I still don 't understand why the blankets did not come up in the product information.
