Hello download the file here:

http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=92#dl

But you have to make sure it`s the right mainboard.

Caution !!

We don't recommend the user to update the BIOS while the system is running in good condition. The failure of updating the BIOS due to improper operation will cause a damage of the system, BIOSTAR is assumed no responsibility. SOURCE: looking for compatible processor for biostar

Hi there.
Your board is a socket 775, also called Socket T or LGA775, is a Land Grid Array (LGA) socket used for the most recent generations of desktop Intel microprocessors starting from Pentium 4 and up to Core 2 Quad / Core 2 Extreme families. The socket LGA775 supports Intel CPUs from 1.8 to 3.8 GHz with Front-Side Bus frequencies ranging from 533 MHz to 1600 MHz.
Its up to you which type of processor you get but now you have the general idea.

Good luck and thanks for using FixYa!!

SOURCE: Problem for Biostar P4M800 Pro-M7 Socket 775 mATX

I have the exact motherboard in a everyday desktop. I ran into this issue myself. The video card was bad. It didnt give me any error beeps either. So, I popped a used AGP nvidia geforce 5200 in the slot and bam, it was back up.

However, make sure your hard drives are spinning. If they are not, there might be another issue at hand...

Hope that helps and let me know what you find
