My cpu fan's speed is very high. i will produce

This does sound extremely like an overheating problem.

There are two parts to fixing this problem.
First is to take th side off the computer and check for dirt build up around the fan and power supply.

Disconnect first.

If you see a build up then get yourself a can of compressed air for cleaning computers and then take the unit outside.
Now with the nozzle on the can and whilst wearing glasses spray all the builds up out of there. DON'T poke the nozzle inside anything.

Now look at the cooler first. Computer are designed nowadays to shut themselves down if there is a problem or speed up the fans.

What you should do is check the fan assembly and if it is loose at all that would give good reason to do what I am going to advise.
Disconnect the fan from the board.
Check your manual for the exact instructions but you should remove the cooler completely

DO NOT REMOVE THE CPU

Now with nothing more than isopropynol and cotton bud sticks or another alcohol based cleaner remove the old thermal grease / sticker from the top of the CPU (make sure it is clean)

At this point it is up to you but you could consider a newer better cooler
You could take your old cooler to a good computer shop show them it and just ask for a better one

If you are using your original cooler then here we go
Do the same with the underside of the cooler.
While the cooler is off it may be worth giving it a good 8low job
.
Now apply some new thermal grease (most computer shops have it)
Be careful about how much you put on

Here are some basic instructions

Once you have re-assembled your cooler and re-connected it check everything is OK and power up the computer.
If everything went to plan you should now be back in business.

Another consideration is that many cases have places in them for extra fans and usually extra connections on the motherboard too.
They are quick and easy to fit.
Quite often I will fit TWO in what is called a push/pull configuration. One pulls cool air in while the other pushes hot air out

Gateway MT3421 WILL NOT BOOT OR NOT POWER ON AT ALL.

I will need some more information before I make suggestions. We know that the computer is a Gateway model MT3421. What type computer is it that "will not charge"? Is it a laptop? Please confirm. You are there in front of it and you can cuss it all you want. And also you are mad and I don't blame you. So, you try to tell me everything at once and what you wrote, you know it well, but being mad you left some words out that make me confused. I am several thousand miles away and I have my reputation at stake. Please help me, so I can help you! Thank you! From what you have said so far, can we asume that the computer is a laptop? I would like to know what have you done that had to do with the mother board, which includes the BIOS. Here is what I suspect right now: You can have an "arcing" power supply; please make sure that all connections are secure. You remember when the picture froze on you? This means that the computer received a signal to show you one of the cookies, may be the opening frame. another thing that could be wrong is a burnet out RAM memory. How many RAM's do you have and considering that this is a laptop, it has one or two boards and the memories are expensive. Oprn the (with the unit turned off of course), and, if you have two boards in there, remove one of them. You will have to find them on the bottom. There is one opening for the HDD and one more for the RAM's, plus one more for the wireless (if there is one). Taking a RAM out will slow down the computer, but if that one is the culprit, it will be as smooth as honey. Then you go to a place like "www.pricewatch.com" and hunt for two (2) RAM's. If one went bad, the other is on its way. Besides, they have to be paired out, otherwise they will not work as a pair. If you have only one RAM in there, you still go to "pricewatch" and buy again two (if you have two slots). This way you can double the speed of your computer. Remember now, RAM's are statically sensitive to static electricity. You will need to discharge yourself by touching a grounded point on the computer. The best thing is to obtain a metal bracelet with a wire, so you will be hands free. The more I think about it, the more I am convinced that the crazy behavior was due to a problem withthe RAM's. Another thing could be that there is something improprerly set in the CMOS setup. To make sure that you have no problem from that direction, go to the setup (1,8,10,12 or "del"), you go to each page and you set it to factory status by pushing the F7 or whatever says that it restores to factory. I have to read you the riot act now: No tampering with the MB or the settings of the BIOS. I don't know why, but people are always fascinated by tinkering in the MB. Now if none of these things does not work, I willn need to be notified the soonest possible. For this reason, I will give you my personal e-mail: <[email protected]> We appreciate that have considered our service...
My name is Constantin (arzconst)
