The common failure in the power supply is due to cheap low quality capacitors, the replacement that was install probably has the same quality cap. I only use good cap from PANASONIC for my repair works.
The moudle is easy to replace, just remove the TV stand, all the back screws, and may be 4~6 screws for the power supply, it uses connectors so yoiu can easily remove them, just take good pictures before working on it so you will know how it goes back together.

There is a problem with the standby section of the power supply. A flashing standby light indicate an overload which is caused by a shorted semiconductor in that circuit. It's fairly simple for a technician and should not cost much. You can't do that yourself it is electronic takes a long time to grasp.
Unfortunately I can promise you that you CANNOT repair this. Your power and opc lights coming on, but the tv is not coming on. That is a issue within the tv. Give sharp a call and they will have somebody come fix your tv free of charge, if they cant fix it, they will replace it for free. That is the only thing you can do. Sorry bro
