That's not a lot to go on. But, I'm going to presume the obvious has been checked and say that the warming plate's heating element has gone bad. This is not a serviceable part. So, it is time to replace your coffeemaker.

SOURCE: coffee is not coming out hot when brewing. Hot plate ok.

Did you check to see if the switch on the side is in the proper position? The "l" should be down and the "O" should be up in the air with orange showing. If this is the case, then please get the code date and model located on the bottom of your brewer and contact customer service for further help. 800-352-2866 is the toll free #.

Does not brew coffee and hot plate is cold

There is an overheating safety fusible link under the hot plate. It is probably burnt open.

Smoking coffee maker

For the price I would just buy a new one. You can remove the the hot plate and replace the heating coils but the price on those would be just as much as getting a new machine, also it depends if the parts are available for it.

Mr coffee beeps 3 times and thats all, no brew

3 beeps means plugged water line. Take off the bottom of the coffee maker with a small phillips head screwdriver. Use pliers (I used needle nose type) to remove the wire clamps holding on the silicone water tubes to the hot plate. In my case, the water line from the reservoir to the plate was clogged with something I couldn't see until I blew on the hose and it popped out, could have been scale, grounds etc Clean with vinegar. Back in service!

We have a CBC-1600 10 cup coffeemaker. after brewing the coffeemaker beeps and turns off. The hot plate part of the coffeemaker will not stay on for longer than 5 minutes.

The CBC-1600 is designed differently than you might expect. The stainless steel, insulated carafe is designed to keep the coffee hot instead of a hot plate keeping a glass carafe hot. Some people like that style better (including me). Some people - like my dad - don't think it keeps the coffee hot enough.

Your coffee maker is working exactly as designed. The carafe itself is designed to keep the coffee at the same temperature as it was brewed.

Cold coffee

Is it the coffee maker itself or the warming plate?

If it's the warming plate I would suggest geting a coffee thermos similar to the ones they have at IHOP and other breakfast places, it will keep your coffee hot all day if you first heat it up with very hot water and your coffee will not have the burned taste

Please answer if the answer works for you, thanks

Cuisinart DCC 1150: coffee is not hot enough

Using the 1-4 cup setting will help, but that model does not have an actual heating element in the plate - definitely not the right model for someone who likes very hot coffee.
