I'm currently running windows xp 2002 sp2 in dg845glad motherboard with intel pentium 4 processor the problem arises when the power failure occurs the audio sound wont works it requires to reinstall the audio driver at every restart please forward a suggestion to overcome the problem.

Unfortunately, these are old processors and I don't see any available new. Newegg.com lists a couple available as refurbished. You may be better off getting a new computer with either a Intel I3 or current AMD processor.

1.0 verify first your processor first so we can work what mother board will fit to your processor,

2.0 if your processor is bigger than pentium 4,
