May be this is you are mentioning there is no display in your monitor or u have already getting the boot display. if u getting the boot display it must be the problem of your monitor inverter board in side ur lcd. otherwise it must have your computer memory not working properly so u must clean and re install your memory first.thank you.

Auto adjustment in progress keeps popping up

Try turning down the brightness on the monitor, sometimes this will fix the issue, if not the problem is in the inverter board and needs a professional to assess it further.

HP monitor w1907 lcd switches off to standby.

your hp monitor has an electronic component problem inside, probably some busted capacitors or ccfl lamps that failed to light...best is to bring the unit to a qualified LCD repair center near you..

SCREEN TURNS OFF AND GOES BLACK

Hello,

The picture board on your monitor is faulty or bad, since it goes black after few minutes, it means the picture board of your monitor has developed fault.

The best thing for you to do now is to take the monitor to a local repairer within your vicinity to help with the replacement of the picture board or any service center because the fault is not something you can fix yourself. in order not to complicate issues.

Take care.

Power is on but screen is black

Hi, you gave too little details & you did not tell us if there is any display of your desktop on the screen...I know how annoying it is but please try another RAM stick. I don't think it's a monitor problem.
HOWEVER if all parts are OK & still the problem is not solved, you need to replace cable connected to your Hard Disk.
Please let me know so that we can help you further send your feedback. thanks.

HP Monitor w1907 problem

First place to check will be the power supply section, look for bad caps with bulging top or bottom seal, post back what you see so we can guide you further, see example of failed monitors due to bad caps: http://s807.photobucket.com/home/budm/allalbums

Auto adjustment in progress popping up and

Right click on your desktop, go to properties, and navigate to the settings tab. There, try to set the monitors resolution to the largest available. That should fix your problem. If it doesn't just try some other resolutions until ou find one that works. I hope this helps, Yannick.
