SOURCE: unable to reset bios password

You will need to physically look at the motherboard, and next to the battery there will be a jumper and it will be on 2 of 3 available pins. Move the jumper to the other two and leave it for about 30 seconds. Replace it to the original two pins and then turn on the computer and enter BIOS as normal. Password should have been removed.

How do I know the model of my projection panasonic tv

All sets made by Panasonic and others have a label on the back with model number, serial number and date made. The serial number only is used for non technical purposes.

If you have a problem be sure to post the model number so I or another expert can give you help.

regards, sd tech

We have a very old small television which we would like to know the year it was manufactured please. The serial number is: FE 8560125. It is a National brand and will probably be in the region of 30...

Hi.
Here is a breakdown of info for your tv.
National TV was part of the Panasonic Matushita corp. up until1988 when it was renamed Panasonic.

You tv was made in June, 1985, FE related to which model and plant it was made at, and the serial number tells the date and number of the device.
85 is the year.
6 for the month.
And, 0125 means that it was the 125th tv manufactured at that plant that month for that model.

If it is still working, then you are veryblucky, as most of these were never made as an export item out of Japan, except for a few that were made for New Zealand and Australia.

I hope this helps you out.

Good luck to you, and have a good day.

Need the serial no for my panasonic HDC-SD1 camcorder

Do a model number search instead of serial no. The manufactor's website usually go by model instead of serial number, for that purposes.
