How do you get power to an Omega OC95TXA cooktop please?

microwave oven model number but of course their is a fuse in anything. follow power cord from wall into cooker and look for a fusible link is what I would do. Both cooktops out at once is an indication of no power.

Halogen Cooktop/Night Light Replacement
Be careful as the Cooktop Light Cover and the bulb may be
hot.
1. Unplug microwave oven or disconnect power.
2. Loosen the screw to open the Cooktop Light Cover.
(Be careful not to lose the screw.)
3. Replace the old bulb with a new one.
(use Max. 125 V, 30 W, Wide Pin Capsule Type/GY8.0~9.0
recommended)
do not touch a new Halogen bulb with bare hands.
Fingerprints may result in shorter life. Remove fingerprints
with alcohol.
If this bulb is not available locally, contact your local
Panasonic dealer. Part number is F612E6Z00AP.
4. Reinstall the Cooktop Light Cover with a screw

The All Off cooktop touch control turns off the downdraft exhaust

system and all surface cooking areas that are in use at the same

time.

The Lock cooktop control avoids unintended use of the surface

cooking areas. When the cooktop is locked out, the surface

cooking areas cannot be turned on by the cooktop touch

controls.

To Lock Cooktop: Touch and hold the ALL OFF/LOCK keypad

for 4 seconds. After 4 seconds, ALL OFF/LOCK will glow red,

indicating that the cooktop controls are in the lockout position.

To Unlock Cooktop: Touch and hold the ALL OFF/LOCK keypad
for 4 seconds.

Sounds like a wiring problem,take off of course with no power and check it out. No harm if no power,and replace wire and or componet with same.

hold the power button for a min. It will reset the child safety lock.

Double pole switching should always be employed in items like this for safety.
