Is it a power slider? What side is it? If it's a power slider it's possible the fuel door was left opened when the door was opened? If so, turn off the power slider switch on the left side dashboard (left of the steering wheel), then manually close the door. Make sure the fuel door is closed before turning it back on.

Turn off the power slider switch on the left side of the dash board (left of the steering wheel), then manually close the slider. Close the fuel door then turn the power switch back on. If it continues to jam, turn off the power switch again and open/close manually until you can get it to the dealer.

faulty thermastat or on some boxes could be sensor. if unit has a rectagular plate on back side appr. 10" x 14" look for sensor located in bottom left side of freezer. replace. if not there is a thermastat located in the fresh food side where your control knobs are. both of these possibilities are simple to change. good luck.
Hold the remote so you can read the info on the back. The battery carriage is locked by a slider on the right side of the carriage. Push it to the left, and pull the carriage out.
When sliding the bottom part of the remote down, you have to lift it slightly (I did this with a letter opener - very carefully) to pry the door up from two stops that normally prevent the dorr from sliding down too far. If you look carefully, you can see what I mean.
Power the Shadow off. Hold down the two soft buttons (The two right under the screen) and turn it back on. There should be a quick menu that pops up asking if you want to reset it. Say yes, let it reboot, and it will then start restoring your phone to defaults.
