Having problems with samsung receiver ppr2200. Fuzzy noises constantly from speakers while television is on!!!

Adjust your SQUELCH control or setting so that the noise disappears. The RX indicator will go out.

Your samsung wouldn't by chance happen to have a Video Card made by Nvidia would it? If so maybe you got one of the defects.

The audio output IC of your TV is faulty. It should be replaced with same type and number. If there is some loose sodering on the solder terminals of this IC, this type of fault can occur too. So check this first, before replacing the IC. Ok

Change 4 capacitors (10uF) in sound session

Many things can be happening to cause this noise: loose connections; ground loops; speaker cables smashed, etc. Disconnect all sources and speakers, clean plugs and connectors, make firm connections, be sure of the energy quality at your home. Most sound noises come from fluctuations on voltage and energy. Consider to invest on a power conditioner. Good Luck.

Samsung PS42P2S plasma tv when you switch on from cold sound crackles and pops from the speakers for about 30 seconds then its ok, when you switch off and on when tv has been on its ok, just if you leave it off for a while. anybody know whats wrong.

I think its the flyback and its starting to leak. this is a component responsible for the high voltage of your tv set. always observe safety in dealing with this. Have it check by a qualified technician. Good luck!
